There are three adjustable size ranges: 6-9 inches (very tiny!); 8-12 inches (cat-sized); 10-16 inches (small thick-necked breeds up to 20 pounds) To determine collar size, measure snugly around the middle of the dog’s neck, then add an extra 5-percent for a comfortable fit.
